Ingredients
2stickssoftened unsalted butter
1/2cupcrumbled blue cheese
juiceof 1/2 lemon, about 1 to 1/2 tablespoons
coarse salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Add the lemon juice, blue cheese crumbles, softened butter, and salt and pepper to a medium-sized bowl.
Using a whisk, mix everything together until combined.
Adjust the seasonings with salt and pepper.
Store the butter or serve it. Try spreading some on my filet mignon recipe.
