Garlicky Butter Glazed Broccolini Recipe

This Broccolini Recipe is par-cooked and coated in melted butter and garlic, then finished with a hint of lemon juice. It is a delicious side dish to any meal.

My family, especially my daughter, loves this recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

– broccolini – unsalted butter – garlic cloves – lemon juice – salt – pepper

Trim the ends off the broccolini.

Place it in a large pot of boiling salted water and cook for a maximum of 2 minutes.

Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large frying pan over low to medium heat.

Once melted, add the sliced garlic and cook until fragrant, which only takes 90 seconds to two minutes.

Strain the broccolini and let it sit for 30 to 60 seconds to get as much water off as possible.
