Ingredients:

Corn

Flour

Baking Powder

Corn Starch

Sugar

Seasoning

Eggs

Milk

Shuck and trim corn kernels from the cob.

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and set to the side. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and milk and then add them to the dry ingredients bowl.
